Gutter cleaning in Bellingham
Fir needles and moss turn into a wet sludge that blocks downspouts and spills over onto your siding and foundation. I clean gutters by hand, flush every downspout, and sweep up so your yard looks better than when I got there.
What's included
- Gutters cleared by hand and the debris bagged
- Every downspout checked and flushed so water actually leaves the house
- A quick look for sagging, leaks and loose hangers
- Roof debris blown off on request, so the next rain doesn't refill the gutters
- Ground, walkways and beds swept clean

Why downspouts matter most
A clean gutter with a clogged downspout still overflows. Most of the water damage I see starts at the downspout, so I flush every one, every time, without you having to ask.
Roof blow-off
If your roof is holding needles and cones, cleaning the gutters alone only buys a few weeks. I can blow the roof off first so the gutters stay clear longer. It's quoted as its own line so you know exactly what you're paying for.
How often?
Under evergreens, plan on twice a year: once in late fall after the needles drop, and once in spring. Homes without trees overhead can usually get by with once a year.
Questions about gutter cleaning
Do you clean two- and three-story gutters?
Yes. Taller homes take more setup and are priced for it, but I do them.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. As long as I can reach the property and you're reachable by phone, I can get it done.
Do you repair gutters?
I'll point out problems I find, like loose hangers or leaking seams. Bigger repairs I'll refer to a gutter company.
