Pressure washing in Bellingham
Moss on concrete isn't just ugly, it's slippery. I clean driveways, walkways, patios and decks back to the original surface, with the right pressure for each material.
What's included
- Concrete and asphalt driveways, walkways and patios
- Wood and composite decks at a pressure the boards can handle
- Moss, algae, needles and built-up grime removed
- Edges and corners detailed, not just the open areas
- Debris swept and surfaces rinsed when I'm done

The right pressure for the surface
Concrete can take a lot. Wood can't. I use a surface cleaner on flat concrete for an even, streak-free finish, and drop the pressure way down on decks so boards don't splinter or fuzz.
Moss on concrete
In shady spots moss grows into the surface itself. I scrape the thick stuff, wash, and can treat the slab afterward to slow regrowth.
Decks
A clean deck is the step before staining or sealing. If you're planning to re-stain, wash first and let it dry for a few days before you start.
Questions about pressure washing
Will pressure washing damage my deck?
Not at the right pressure. I wash wood far gentler than concrete to avoid splintering.
Can you remove oil stains?
Washing lightens most stains. Old oil soaked deep into concrete may not come out completely, and I'll tell you up front.
Do you need my water?
Yes, I hook up to an outside spigot. Let me know if yours doesn't work.
