What soft washing actually is

Instead of high pressure, a soft wash uses a cleaning solution that does the work, applied at low pressure, then a gentle rinse. The solution kills algae, mildew and moss down to the root, so your siding stays clean a lot longer than it would after a quick pressure wash.

Why not just pressure wash the house?

High pressure can drive water behind siding, strip paint, etch wood and blow out seals around trim. Soft washing gets a better result with none of that risk.
